I am a regular customer of yours and you are far too friendly and efficient. It is always a pleasure to talk to your agents at customer services. This is all very worrying in these days of poor service and disinterested staff. I ordered a new housing assembly yesterday and it arrived this morning. STOP IT! It should take three weeks and four phone calls to chase the order before the wrong goods are delivered. Getting the right goods delivered the following day made me have to sit and have yet another G&T!

Thank you for the extremely efficient and helpful way you acted regarding our leaking Triflow tap. My husband has successfully fitted the new seal that you sent us and I am delighted to have my filtered water supply reinstated. It warms our hearts to think that this service still exists in this day and age – so very well done!

Hi, I’m writing to pass on my thanks for such a fast response to my request for a replacement part for my Triflow tap. I phoned for the required part yesterday afternoon and it arrived on my doormat this morning – excellent service!
